The 2026 EllaAi Community Summit

Out of the Sameness Spiral

A 50-person working Summit in Big Sky, Montana, where Keith, the Ella team, and a small cohort of committed Ellavators shape the agenda together and build the next version of their marketing operating systems.

The Wilson Hotel, Big Sky, Montana

September 30 to October 2, 2026

Investment: Early‑bird $995 through August 31, 2026. Standard $1,295.

Your registration helps shape the final agenda so we can send tailored pre‑reads and come prepared to work on what matters most to you.

Why This Summit Exists

AI has made “pretty good” work cheap and easy.

Anyone can open a generic AI tool and get acceptable content in seconds. So can every one of your competitors. That is not an advantage any more. It is the new floor.

Ella was built to do something different:

  • To act as a distinction engine.

  • To help you build a marketing operating system that makes your work unmistakably yours and that makes you better every time you use it.

The 2026 EllaAi Community Summit exists to extend that idea to the community itself:

  • To bring together about 50 serious users who want to move beyond casual prompting.

  • To open the hood on Ella’s roadmap and the new economic model around fractional and retainer work.

  • To treat you as what you are: the head of custom development for how Ella shows up in the real world.

This is not a pre‑packaged conference. It is a working room where you (through your registration responses) directly influence what we prepare and what we bring.

What Makes This Summit Different

A small, intentional cohort

We are intentionally capping attendance at about 50 people.

That size lets us:

  • Keep nearly everything in one main room so you do not miss the important conversations.

  • Make real time for your questions and your context.

  • Work on your business, not just show you slides.

If you prefer a huge ballroom and a long list of sponsors, this is not that.

The agenda is shaped during registration

We are not guessing what this group needs.

When you request an invite, we will ask a short set of questions such as:

  • What is the number one thing you want to leave Big Sky with?

  • Where are you feeling the most stuck or under‑served in your work with Ella or with AI in general?

  • Which of these examples interests you most right now: roadmap and product direction, new economic models for fractional and retainer work, plays and playbooks, demo craft, or non‑marketing use cases?

  • What type of work do you do and who is your primary ICP?

We will use that input to:

  • Decide which topics receive more depth and which stay as quick hits.

  • Select examples that reflect the ICPs and industries in the room.

  • Prepare specific pre‑reads and working materials for confirmed attendees so you arrive already warmed up.

By the time you get to Big Sky, the agenda will be final. It will also be clearly shaped around what this specific cohort said they needed.

Radical transparency from the Ella side

We are committing to an honest view of:

  • What shipped from the 2025 Magic Wand feature list.

  • What is live or in progress in Ella 3.0 and why.

  • What changed direction and what we learned.

You will see how we are thinking about the next three years, including:

  • Ella’s direction through 2027.

  • How we expect agencies, fractional CMOs and small businesses to use Ella as a core operating system.

  • Our approach to integrations, research, analytics, governance and enablement.

This is not a polished keynote followed by silence. It is a look at the actual thinking and tradeoffs.

What You Can Expect to Leave With

Because the final agenda will be built from your registrations, we will not promise an exact session list here. We will promise outcomes.

By the end of the Summit, you can reasonably expect to have:

A clear story for your next 12 to 24 months with Ella

You will be able to explain to yourself, your team and your clients:

  • What Ella is becoming through 2027.

  • How Ella fits into your services, offers or internal workflows.

  • Why you are choosing Ella over generic AI for the work that matters.

At least one reusable play or skill that lives inside Ella

You will build and save at least one concrete, reusable “play” or mini playbook that fits your context. For example:

  • If you are an agency: a repeatable way to deliver a brand audit, a campaign plan or a quarterly strategy reset at a consistent quality level.

  • If you are a fractional CMO: a productized move you can run with multiple clients, such as a 90 day marketing OS reset.

  • If you are a small business or in‑house leader: a documented way to run lead generation, nurture or content planning that no longer lives only in your head.

We will prepare working templates and examples in advance, based on what you and the other attendees say you want to build.

A stronger way to talk about Ella and to show it

For resellers, agencies and internal champions, you will leave with:

  • A grounded way to explain how Ella differs from tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Jasper.

  • A simple comparison view you can adapt into your own decks and one pagers.

  • A demo storyline that moves from a real problem or asset to Ella as coach, critic and co‑creator and then into a reusable skill, rather than a random prompt show.

A short, specific action plan

You will go home with:

  • A short list of actions for the next 30 to 60 days with Ella.

  • Clear decisions about what to stop doing, what to start doing and what to increase.

  • Names and faces of other Ellavators you can continue to compare notes with after Big Sky.

Who This is For

You are likely a fit if:

  • You are a fractional CMO, agency leader or reseller and you want Ella to be central to your offers, your demos and your revenue.

  • You are a founder or small business owner who cares a lot about how your brand shows up and who wants to tap into Ella’s embedded expertise to support your marketing.

  • You are an in‑house marketing or RevOps leader who wants a coherent marketing system instead of scattered documents and disconnected tools.

  • You are a specialist or power user who spends real time in Ella and wants it to act as a coach, a critic and a co‑creator, not just a task tool.

If you are only curious about AI in general, this is probably too specific.

If you are actively using Ella now or you plan to in the near future and you want a say in how you and Ella work together, this is for you.

How Registration Shapes the Agenda

Here is how your input will feed the design.

Request your invite

  • You complete a short form about your role, your ICPs and your current use of Ella.

  • You answer a few focused questions about what you most want from the Summit.

We build and share the agenda

  • We cluster and prioritize the responses.

  • We lock the agenda, session focus and working blocks based on what the cohort asks for.

  • We send confirmed attendees both the agenda and tailored pre‑reads or prep exercises so you can show up ready.

We use the time to work, not to guess

  • In Big Sky, we follow the agenda you helped shape.

  • We leave room for organic moments, but the core structure is already tuned to you.

  • Your registration is not just a ticket request. It is an input into what we prepare and how we show up.

Dates, Pricing, and Travel

We want to be clear about the commitment it takes to be in Big Sky with us so you can make a thoughtful decision about whether this year is the right fit.

This is a small, working Summit for about 50 people. The investment reflects that: more time in real conversation and working sessions, less spectacle.

  3. We will review requests on a rolling basis and confirm spots until we reach capacity.

Confirmed attendees will receive:
